Refund and Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS: There are no refunds for services performed.
CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel our ongoing services like Social Media Management or Monthly SEO upkeep or Blog Content Creation, then you must send your request to cancel ongoing services within two full weeks of the next calendar month. Otherwise, you will be invoiced and charged the full recurring amount as per the original agreement. To complete your cancellation request, we require an invoice or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable:
* If the agreed upon deliverables have been executed partially or in full. Refund amount will be negotiated in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
*Other situations at our discretion.
Refunds/Cancellation Request (if applicable):
Once your refund or cancellation request is delivered to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Cancellations will take place immediately if it is over two weeks until the next calendar month.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty (30) business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
You will be refunded the amount paid, not the original or sale price of services if they have changed after the fact.
